Business Health Matters Inc. is our outside workplace wellness consultant and health professional who evaluates the health of the firm and implements specific workplace wellness programs to address the identified risk factors. There is lots of opportunity to get involved with focus groups and help to set the direction for the firm; your input is important.

Programs include:

• Health Assessment: Is voluntary and involves a group of questions and measurements that identify the risks and benefits associated with your lifestyle.
  Measurements include: Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, Waist, Weight and BMI and your 10 year risk of heart disease.
  Questions include: Family History, Nutrition, Physical Activity, Smoke, Alcohol, Stress, Workplace Satisfaction, and sleep.
  All of the information belongs to BHM and is used to properly assess the health issues of the workplace.
• Occupational Health Nurse on site once a month to do blood work, personal visits and education sessions based on health issues identified in the Health Assessment.
• Monthly Health News Letter.
