Bill practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, administrative law, and Intellectual property.

Professional Experience

Bill received his BBA in 1988 and an LLB in 1992 from the University of New Brunswick.  He was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1993.  Well known and appreciated by his peers, Bill's practice is mainly concentrated in corporate commercial law, including business acquisitions, divestitures and financing.  Bill is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Saint John Law Society.

Outside the Office

Bill is actively involved in the community including helping to launch the Saint John Jazz and Blues Festival and acting as a nursing home director.  He is currently a member of the Rothesay Planning Advisory Committee.  Bill is married and the proud father of two.  Outside of the office he spends much of his time on his children's various sporting pursuits.
