Philippe practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, administrative law, and Intellectual property.  Fluent in both English and French, he conducts his practice in both official languages.

Professional Experience

Philippe completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy at the University of Moncton in 2002.  He then went on to earn his L.L.B. from the University of Moncton in 2005.  While attending law school, Philippe was a member of the University of Moncton 2005 Sopinka Cup Moot team as well as the University of Moncton 2005 Gale Cup Moot team.

Admitted to the bar in 2006, he immediately joined Barry Spalding, and has worked in both the Saint John and Moncton offices.  He is a member of the New Brunswick Law Society, the Canadian Bar Association and L’Association des Juristes d’Expression Française du Nouveau-Brunswick.

Outside the Office

Hailing from Tracadie-Sheila, Philippe now lives in Saint John with his wife Christine.  Philippe involves himself in his surrounding community. He is a member of the Saint John Board of Trade, currently working with the Business & Community Development Committee.  Philippe also intends to remain active in the Saint John francophone community.
