Nadia practices in the areas of administrative law, commercial law, civil litigation, insurance, personal injury, and torts.

Professional Experience

Nadia graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a BA (history) in 2001 and obtained her LLB from UNB in 2004.  While attending law school, Nadia won several scholarships and was a member of UNB’s 2004 Sopinka Cup Moot team as well as UNB’s 2003 Gale Cup Moot team which finished second nationally.

After law school, Nadia articled at the New Brunswick Court of Appeal in Fredericton and was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2005. She joined Barry Spalding in September, 2005. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the New Brunswick Law Society and the Saint John Law Society.

Outside the Office

Nadia is married to Eric Paquet and they reside in the City's South End. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saint John Arts Centre, a member of the council of the Saint John Law Society and a member of the Organ/Tissue Donation Advisory Committee for the Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation.
