Ann is a skilled litigator, specializing in personal injury and insurance law.

Professional Experience

Following a first career in nursing, Ann returned to the University of New Brunswick to complete her Bachelor of Laws in 1993. She is involved with all aspects of litigation, including legal research, negotiations, discoveries, settlement conferences, and trials. She has argued cases before the New Brunswick Court of Queens' Bench, New Brunswick Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

Ann is a member of the Moncton Area Lawyers Association, Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (non-practicing).

Outside the Office

A lifelong resident of Moncton, Ann is the mother of three grown daughters.
