Practice Areas

Fluent in English and French, Julie LeBlanc practises law in both official languages.  She practises in the areas of administrative law, commercial law, civil litigation, insurance, personal injury, and torts.

Professional Experience

Julie obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of New Brunswick in 2006 and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2010. Prior to attending Law School, she also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (B.Sc.) from the Université de Moncton in 2003. While attending Law School, Julie received several awards and academic honours, including the Law Faculty Prize and Dean's List designations. She was also a member of the Laskin Appeal Moot and the Sopinka Moot teams. Julie was admitted to the Law Society in 2007.  

Julie has worked in both our Moncton and Saint John offices. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick.

Outside the Office

Originally from Dieppe, New Brunswick, Julie is very community-oriented. She has been a member of the New Brunswick Advisory Council on Youth and, while attending Law School, she was a member of the UNB Student Standings & Promotions Committee as well as the chairperson of the French Law Society.
