Nathalie Maude practices in the areas of litigation,
insurance, personal injury, disability, torts and wrongful
dismissals. Fluently bilingual, Nathalie conducts her practice
in both English and French.

Experience
Born in Montréal, Québec and raised in Edmundston, NB,
Nathalie graduated with a degree in Journalism from the
Université de Moncton in 1992 and worked in that field before
entering law school. She graduated from the Université de
Moncton Law School in 1996 and was admitted to the Bar in 1997.
She practiced law in Fredericton for five years before moving
back to Moncton in 2001 where she's been practicing law ever
since. Last year, she acted as a full-time Deputy Clerk of the
Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick for the Judicial
District of Moncton. She joins Barry Spalding with over 10
years' experience under her belt. Nathalie is a member of the
New Brunswick Law Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the
Moncton Area Lawyers' Association and the Association des
juristes d'expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick.
Outside the Office
Nathalie is a former Canada Games athlete and former president
of the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Conference for
New Brunswick. Nathalie won 7th best litigant in the country at
the Laskin Cup Moot Court Competitions in 1996. She remains a
Deputy Clerk and enjoys performing wedding ceremonies when she
can. Living in Dieppe, Nathalie devotes most of her free time
to her young son and enjoys spending time with family and
friends.
