Practice Areas

Enrico Scichilone practices in the areas of litigation, insurance, personal injury, health law and administrative law. Fluent in both English and French, he conducts his practice in both official languages.

Professional Experience

Enrico spent two years at the University of Moncton doing his health science diploma, before transferring to the University of Ottawa where he continued his studies in Biology and Biotechnology. Enrico has carried his varied interests into his practice of law. As a litigator, he brings specific experience to health law.

After completing his studies in Ottawa, Enrico decided to come back home to New Brunswick were he completed his LL.B. in 2003 at the University of Moncton. In his second year in Law School, Enrico was the vice-president of his student council. Admitted to the bar in 2004, he immediately joined Barry Spalding, and has worked in both the Saint John and Moncton offices.

Enrico is a member of the Moncton Area Lawyers' Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the New Brunswick Law Society and L'Association des Juristes d'Expresion Française du Nouveau-Brunswick.

In 2002, Enrico published his first article in the Revue de la Common Law en Français.

Outside the Office

Hailing from Tracadie-Sheila, Enrico now lives in Moncton with his wife Annick.
