Chantal Thibodeau practices in the areas of litigation, insurance, personal injury, torts, administrative law and municipal liability. Fluent in both English and French, she conducts her practice in both official languages.

Professional Experience

Born in Campbellton, Chantal spent two years at the University of Ottawa before transferring to the University of Moncton where she continued her studies in psychology. As a third year undergraduate, Chantal was accepted into the law program and completed her LL.B. in 1998. Admitted to the bar in 1999, she immediately joined Barry Spalding. Current affiliations include the Canadian Bar Association, New Brunswick Law Society, Saint John Law Society and the Moncton Area Lawyers Association.

Outside the Office

Chantal involves herself in her surrounding community and is a past President of the Saint John Learning Exchange. Chantal is married to Sydney Charest and they have a daughter, Gabrielle.
