With a highly active business law practice, Bruce regularly advises his clients regarding incorporations, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, commercial and residential property transactions and wills & estates.

Professional Experience

Born in Edmundston, NB, Bruce received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1984 and Bachelor of Laws in 1992, both from the University of New Brunswick. Bruce recently joined the Barry Spalding corporate/commercial group after having practiced with two other prominent law firms in Fredericton and Saint John. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Saint John Law Society.

Outside the Office

A member of the Discipline Committee and Admissions Committee of the Law Society of New Brunswick, Bruce is also a long-time sailor at the Royal Kennebecasis Yacht club and an avid golfer at Westfield Golf & Country Club.
